- Ethereal Workshop is an island in My Singing Monsters that houses multiple monsters never seen before, from the Ethereal class. It appears to be located inside the head of the Ethereal Colossal and uses new mechanics that require the use of the Mirror Islands and strange creatures called Meebs.

Talking about and rating the new monsters in wave 5:
1. Teeter-Tauter:
Cool design, unexpected sound. Was expecting the top one to dance ontop of the bottom one and the bottom one creates sound. But instead we got two dancing/rapping little fellas:) 7.5/10
2.Rythsmuth:
Cool design. VERY UNEXPECTED SOUND. Seeing a quad have this much energy, its ao cool. And the scary part is that it dwells in the mini-mine, and it can jumpsacre you when you go mining there. 10/10
3. Whaills unused track:
Heavenly, cool animations, and it livens up the new verse.
4. New verse:
All the monsters play there, piplash and nitebear had been revived and not play in one part only now.
Idk if id put rhysmuth at 10 considering its sounds are pretty hard to hear at times and are mostly pretty short
Imo Rythsmuth is more like a 8.5/9
@@King_Rat_0 It sort of blends in with the other percussionists, but its impact comes in the form of filling in the dead air that was noticeable in the last few waves. Making its impact a humble one.

I find it funny how there's this big verse where everyone plays and then X'rt is just "Oh shit,I forgot!" and finishes the song
I find it more funny that it looks like he didn’t contribute, but decided to just burp.

X’rt playing at the very end hella improves the song imo. In tandem with Rhysmuth and Flasque, they help loop the song back to the start

he does a REALLY good job at the very end imo like i was initially whatever about x’rt when it came out but he for sure helps brings it all together in this wave

I love how chaotic the last verse gets, with everyone playing at the same time, and then it just completely calms down. One of my favorite parts of the song

I love Rhysmuth's inclusion and I'm so glad they finally brought in Whail's unreleased track.
This is easily the best wave I came back from a really stressful test and this what I come back too! When first heard the new verse trying to get the new guys I literally started tweaking that’s how good it is
i came back from somewhere stressed too with 41 notifications but this is making my day

One of the things I liked about Teeter-Tauter is that in their normal animations, they are always looking in opposite directions. When one looks left, the other looks right. When one is looking down, the other is looking up, and in this part of the animations they even look at each other. Not forgetting how cute they are! I just didn't like the fact that, compared to the others, they are very low and you can't hear them properly in the music...
I have no words. Both are amazing.

BRO EVERYTHING PLAYS A PART IN THAT LAST VERSE, genuinely that's gotta be the first time we've seen everything from an island play on the same verse, also gotta give some credit to flasque because they turned what was a pretty lackluster loop transition into a genuinely incredible buildup to the final verse

I'm on a quest to get the two new ones now. But I am EXTREMELY appreciative of the fact that the song's new part still plays without them.
It’s cool how rhysmuth mostly works on the song transitions and sometimes actually plays it it.
I was not ready for the song extension. It was so good, i love it.
That new verse with whail's new verse genuinely makes me ascend to the next realm past ours, its so peak why is it so peak WHY IS BREAKCORE IN MSM NOW

while i love love love pentumbra as its own monster, i feel like its sort of out of place? like its sound doesn’t quite line up with the rest of the song…maybe wave 6 will help with that? i could especially tell in the new final verse, which i absolutely adore by the way

I wanted that bouncy little Teeter to play its xylophone plated buddy Tauter. But those guys were innocent children romping around a park. Teeter-Tauter gives me vibes of when you go to a playground after you go to church and you and the other kids just innocently play around at such a place. Both Teeter-Tauter and Rhysmuth kind of gives me church vibes. If I were to walk into a church I would see a Teeter-Tauter there sitting on one of the chairs just existing. I like how Rhysmuth likes to inhabit the diamond minds in the workshop. Imagine you were going in the mine again like everyday to go mine a diamond because that's your everyday job as a monster and then a Rhysmuth approaches you and wants to meet you.
Someone said that rhysmuth missed opportunity was to sleep like a Minecraft cube, but is a cube 😭
