- Colorado and Oregon face off in a Top 25 battle in the Pac-12. Coach Prime has the Buffaloes at 3-0 and is looking to take down another Top 25 opponent in the Oregon Ducks. The Buffs are led by Shadeur Sanders who is putting up impressive numbers in his first three games against FBS competition. Will it be enough to beat Bo Nix and the Ducks high flying offense?
Colorodo is good. Great coaching. But the hype dies at Autzen, Oregon wins 45-28, then everyone says its because Travis Hunter didn't play. I hope he recovers quickly. Was really hoping to see Colorodos best shot.

Colorado has depth at Travis' positions. When they practice and Travis is on defense Shedeur doesn't miss a beat. A player who didn't catch a pass against TCU, but started #4 Javon Antonio is a physic beast at wide receiver, but he got hurt on the Dylan Edwards fumble against TCU, he hurt his shoulder making the tackle on the play. He's been out 2 games. He has practiced the past 2 days and will be back at wr. They have 2 4 star freshmen who practice well, but have to wait their turns Omarion Miller, who catches everything and Hopkins, I always forget his first name lol, they are very good. Omarion gives Travis all the problems in the world when they are head to head at practice. Coach Prime recruited from the outside in. So, I wouldn't worry much about replacing Travis. It would be great to have him, but there's no panic because he's out.
This game will be much closer than what people think !

There is no way to predict colorado at all. I mean this in all seriousness. They play a very dangerous and unpredictable brand of football. Their defense gives up yard after yard right up to the redzone but goes for homerun turnovers and have been very successful at ending redzone drives but very poor in vlconverting turnovers to points so far, which is wild considering how they play. I think that changes this weekend.
I think they probably cover the spread because Oregon comes out and plays down to competition and alget overhyped wanting to smash CU, BUT they tend to come out completely flat on offense for the first half of every game so far.
If CUs offense comes out flat again vs Oregon they might be down 3 or 4 touchdowns at the half if their defense doesnt come up with turnovers. I say this as a fan of CU.
But...if...by some unpredictable metric, CU comes out ballin early and gets a defensive stop or two early and a couple scores, watch out, they havent played with a lead all year. CU is capable of a win but theyre going to need oregon to make mistakes to do it. They have to survive in striking distance at the half or shock the world and manage a lead at the half...I don't see any miracle comebacks on Saturday
Good points. But that style works with what they have. If anything, they won't go down quietly. They're coming out of the gate swinging.

My Duckies will not win by 17.5. That spread is wayyyyy off. Ducks by 4. And there is an outside chance the Buffs win. This is a good week to make money betting against the Ducks.

Colorado 43-28. The good thing about Colorado is they have the element of surprise. Teams can only watch 3 games of CU. And the design is gonna look much different without Travis. So they can do what they want on Colorado because they don’t have real film to study . Oregon hasn’t really played anyone yet. Hawaii and Portland come on. CU has had much more competition

CU definitely the underdogs. But the “I believe” in God factor is strong with this team. Like it’s a belief on God coming through for them. So with that. I pick Buffs.

I’m going buffs. I think they pull out stops. People step up. I think the 5 stars get on the field and they give a look Oregon hasn’t seen especially since there is no in depth film on CU. They have to base their game plan on 3 games. That is an extremely huge advantage

First 3 games was like preseason against mediocre teams. 2 of 3 of those games were close. Colorado has one of the worst defenses in the country‼️ They beat a really mediocre TCU team who is currently ranked 42, by 3 points. Colorado beat a bad CSU team in 2OT.
Love +21 for Colorado. The numbers are simple and show Oregon is not that much better offensively than Colorado. The only good team they played in Texas Tech who by the way exposed their Defense only hung 38. They had 34 at the half vs Hawaii a game where Nix played sparingly. Colorado meanwhile avg 40 ppg vs P5 opp notably hanging 36 on a GOOD Nebraska defense.
Let's not pretend Oregon in conf play were a good defense last yr allowing 27 ppg already and I dont see no change allowing TTU 30.
Even without hunter I'm sure Colorado was looking ahead to this game so a little over reaction on the markets part like we didn't see this same team upset as a +21 dog 2 weeks ago lol.
My projection was around 30-44 Oregon considering hunter being out but Colorado on defense is only as bad as their worst defense and that was 42 points. That's the Cap. No more or less but I can definitely see Colorado reaching 30 at best.
Nebraska defense better than Oregon defense. And, once Shedeur figured it out the game was over. Oregon defense is in trouble.

You cant call this game. Oregon has not played nobody yet. On the other hand the teams that Oregon played TCU could have beat all them and you see how they turned out wit CU. Then Nebraska as bad as they are would have beat 2 of the teams Oregon played. So you can call it like that. Much love.

If Texas Tech QB doesn’t throw 3 ints and a fumble against Oregon.... You know they lose that game. Stop trying to build up Oregon to put down CU. Colorado will get every teams best shot! No team is going to just lay down for them. And, they know that... CU will beat Oregon.
My opinion: Colorado is way over hyped. They almost lost a home game to Colorado State and had to do it in Overtime. Now apply the same concept if it was Colorado State at Oregon. To put this in context: 2 weeks ago Wash St went to Colorado St and beat them 50-24. Last year Oregon went to Wash St and beat them 44-41. So Oregon is better than Wash St. If Colorado can barely beat Colorado St, what do you think will happen when they face Oregon at Oregon?
