Since you just want to criticize, let me fill you in .. he is walking every day and watching what he eats. he did not choose the meds or the surgery. he is doing it the old fashioned way, which is how he does everything, with old fashioned work. but understand, he can lose weight, you need to learn to spell and get a heart thats half as good as his.
