As a History major who is about to graduate and have a taste of the cruelty of life, I feel personally attacked by UmeployedHistoryMajor and this video.
History major here. Doing pretty well all things considered. But, I have most definitely dealt with unemployed years. Some of that may be as a result of a global financial crises though.
The Colorado was THE ONLY ONE who had ran away, but realized when people on his team had stayed and was getting killed, he was forced to turn around and try to fight.

It isnt, this game favours the defender, and the absolute majority of the playerbase keep repeating such utter nonsense shit like "BBs need to push" (or any other class for that matter). Just take up a good defensive position, kite when needed, punish potatoes who push like morons, and enjoy your new 55% WR.
I have for as long as I watch Jingles that I give the new video a thumbs up and enlarge it to full then sit back and enjoy things, and it helps the day when I am still awake.

An underrated part of the Game of Throws series is the toxic chat from ships that died in the first 5 minutes on our heroes' teams. Would love to see the reactions when they realize that their team won that match.
Jingles: "The Eastern Dragon is not a bad ship; I kinda like it. But it is just a light cruiser." The Eastern Dragon is a Light Cruiser. The Eastern Dragon is a Myoko. Therefore, Myoko is a Light Cruiser... With 8-inch guns. Jingles does it again! :D
I know Wargaming have done it for years and it's a bit of a nitpick but please don't forget that both vowels are long. So unless you want to find a macron on your keyboard (I don't.) just write Myoukou.
You forget the schroder when secondary specced, does INSANE damage and unlike the main guns the secondaries don't incur the shooting in a smokescreen penalty. I have won brawls against classic secondary battleships in my schroder.
Actually, Jingles.... Friesland and Groningen are completely different provinces, and if you tell someone he/she is from the other province, you get a reaction like telling a Scotsman he's English....
I bought Groningen a week ago, very very fun ship. You can have a huge impact on the game without high damage numbers. And oh my goodness look at their achievements :o
To be fair Jingles, that Lenin wasn't dumb.. He was doing exactly what you had talked about earlier in the video - He knew there wouldn't be any torpedoes and so charging the smoke screen would be rather safe. I'm not sure he knew the cruiser was on his flank, and he probably expected his team to move up with him. Even if all they DID have to do was nothing, he was already having a great game at that point and probably wanted to make it better. If his push would have worked, it's likely we'd be seeing this battle from his perspective.

I have both the Friesland and the Groningen, and it is the perfect ship to have two different builds thanks to their respective nation’s specialities. I have Friesland built for AA/consumable support thanks to being able to almost perfectly align its smoke and hydro durations, while Groningen is built as a pure gunboat that is further enhanced by the special captains skill buffs. It’s such a good dd even without torps, but I just wish they’d release a special PanEU captain that buffs the AA skills a bit so Friesland can be even more specialized for the role.
Jingles your working on the idea that most people know the ins and outs of the ships they are facing most players will just see is a DD and think it has torps.
Jingles pls realise that the Iwami has torpedoes, the torpedoes were from the Iwami cuz the Yudachi was capping the base, and yes the Iwami has torpedoes 4 on each side.
The amount of players that have a functioning brain in this game is so low..might as well win 3 jackpots in a row. Definitely more possible than seeing some player capable of thinking.

Today I learned that the Myoko class of heavy cruisers, some of the biggest and heaviest armed cruisers in WW2, are actually light cruisers! The more you know!
Whenever things go South, I like to check out the chat and see who is whining the most. At 4:15 you have the captain of the Flandre who has decided that scouting is for pussys. Then at 7:33 you have the captain of the Scharnhorst. Now I would like to give him some credit for knowing that they needed to capture some caps but instead of letting the 3 ships around him scout, he moves in and opens himself up to broadsides from 2 different directions!...But it's the "nobs" fault that they will lose.
I ain't gonna lie, Didn't even notice they didn't have Torps 'til ya mentioned it. Now I gotta hurt my brain and figure out what does and doesn't have torps again.
Groningen are very fun, I had a match in Arms Race where I had to duel a Marceau, probably a EZ win for him, but unfortunately, my team got all reload bonus... I played a machine gun for the next 5 minutes!
IIRC, the " has taken the lead" Message is a slight mistranslation of the original message, which stated that the team has gained a _significant advantage._ It's played when one team gains a lead over other by at least 250 points difference. _Source: I used to help develop and maintain one of the larger audio mods for WoWS_
We did it also but we teamed with a BB that's a bit more fun I must say. and we had the Frederich der Grose. sorry if I announced it wrong. but it was fun never the less..
A Dutchie based in Groningen here providing another reason why this was not the ideal division. Groningen and Friesland have a long lasting rivalry about who's the better northern province and yeah that's Groningen ofcourse.

the Dragon is not a light cruiser (6"ish guns or smaller), she is a heavy cruiser (8" guns), more accurately she is a Myoko Clone
