I do like the channel and followed lots of recipes. But the Title used here is misguiding. Its not motichoor laddu (not all tbe laddus are motichoor), instead it a mung version of laddu. I'm not criticizing but trying to be constructive. This one looks dry and mushy. Hopefully you will take the comment as a way to do it better.
This is moong daal halwa not motichoor ka ladoo. The science behind motichoor ka ladoo is that every tiny boondi (moti or pearl ) in that ladoo should separate when u break it open. And that can only happen wen every tiny pearl is fried. And that is why it has got the name moti (pearl). The ladoo in this video is just a random halva sweet n I bet it cannot beat the taste of traditional motichoor's ladoo
