Wehr Nature Center 50th Anniversary Commemorative Tree Planting Ceremony June 2024

Wehr Nature Center has been a "place for all seasons, a place for everyone" since 1974. Rooted, and growing, the nature center is re-imagining what it looks like to provide equitable access to nature for people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.
Wehr Nature Center partnered with Retzer Nature Center to plant two Bur Oak trees (one at each center) during the 50th Anniversary Community Celebration held on June 15th, 2024.
