My beautiful cat is in the last stage of his life with kidney disease. We are doing a bucket list for as many days as he has left. He has been uncomfortable and a little depressed. This afternoon I put this on my iPad for him. He watched from 4 feet away then snuck up on the birds on screen and stared. He was mesmerized. For 3 hours he has alternated between staring at the screen, and behind it looking for the birds, and to napping with his head close to the bottom of the screen. He is so content. Best bucket list day ever, Thank you for creating this. It will give my sweet old cat peace and comfort every day he has left 💛
That is so beautiful. I see this was two years ago, is he still around? The bucket list is an amazing idea, I had to get my boy put down almost two months ago, He was sick for awhile, he had cystitis, urinary tract disease and intestinal problems, we had it under control, I had planned a bunch of stuff to do with him but I didn't have time, it got bad so fast. :(

My cat legit watched this for 15 minutes on my laptop while I was watching TV. Such a romantic night.

My 14 year old cat passed away earlier today. We all somewhat expected it and knew his time was coming. In his final minutes, we were sitting around him, petting him, etc. We noticed his eyes weren’t focused and he was looking at a wall so we pulled up this video and he seemed to enjoy it in his final few moments. 10/10, thank you for helping him pass peacefully.
I work from home and these videos save me!!! the cat will sit in front of a monitor and stare at it waiting for the birds to come on, then he relaxes and falls asleep. Thank you for doing this! I find it relaxing myself and concentrate better for work.

My cat been struggeling with undetermined illness for the past month.
On Saturday I knew this was the end and I put on your vid, her favorite and she pushed her face as close as she could get and told us, thats where she needed to be, out in the forrest with those birds, thats her heaven.

my cat has been having some trouble lately, she's less active but hasn't been sleeping much. I played this for her while I was holding her paw and giving her pets and kisses. she fell asleep purring, something she hasn't done for a few months. She's getting older now and I'm worried about my princess but this genuinely seemed to allow her to relax, she put her paw on the screen a few times. She's never hunted a bird she always played with them (she prefers mice) I'm just so thankful that this helped. Poppy (my princess poppy-cat the noble as I call her) loves this ❤❤❤

I started off playing the videos for my cat, but have found that I enjoy them also. I have a new hobby now-looking up the different birds and learning to identify the breeds. It’s very relaxing, it’s got so we play these more then we watch regular tv!
That's a really good way to learn bird species. I commend you. I'm in US, but I saw most of these birds in the Netherlands. I find these videos very relaxing. A friend wants them for home, but doesn't have youtube on her tv. I downloaded some for her external hard drive to play on tv.

I showed this to my cat and now i have split my desktop screen with two utubes. His side is the birds video and my side is other stuff. My cat is a big heavy fella and he sits on the keyboard, face inches from the screen. Cute at first but now annoying cause he won't leave. I pulled out an old laptop for him to watch it on, but he refuses to budge. I'm typing this on that laptop. Help.

My cat now thinks every time the TH-cam logo is casted on the tv that it’s for her and props up on her cat tower and waits for it to start.... even when my intentions were to watch a recipe for dinner tonight. I don’t have the heart to say no so we’re watching this. Lol
Mine, too! She wants to watch my smartphone, too. She has also taken interest in other tv shows. Specifically she likes the dragons and hoardes on Game of the Thrones. ;-)

My iPad has been taken over by my 6 mo.old kitten. No matter what I’m reading he taps the screen to see if his fish game is going to show up. I’m thinking of getting him his own used iPad for his first birthday..LOL!

I swear to God this video helped so much for my cat post spay surgery. I put this on so she wouldn't run around and open her stitches. She calmed down with this video and let herself heal.

this is maybe an odd remark, but thank you for the (usually) somewhat far distance from the birds to your camera - my cats watch this on a very large tv screen and like to sit up close, so it's easier for them to track the smaller/more distant birds instead of them (the birds) being gigantic moving shapes. i've noticed you use this method in a lot of your videos and wanted to tell you it's appreciated!
