Welllll damn!! A perfect tragedy, and quite a lovely display of the effects of manipulation! I really love the formatting of the formal and friendly notes, and how the way he signs off gradually becomes more and more detached as he loses himself to Morgana’s clutches on his mind
My God, this was a phenomenal hair-raising tale! Such a perfect Tragedy to be told during the month of October, where all the moons align to unleash hordes of monstrous nightmares to plague the lands!
It’s a great story. Not sure how I feel about Horacio’s friend, Morgana, possibly not existing/possibly being the villain. Especially since I like the name Morgana for personal reasons. Thank you for making this. It was wonderful.
So good 💙 The voice acting was brilliant + the story is so engaging Edit: I’ve been rewatching this and my guess is that Morgana (some how causing his sleep paralysis) is the hag...I may have reached that conclusion much later than everyone else 😅
Does the DM think for a moment that he could get away with Ms. Margaret Bingley? Surely not, I know a fellow admirer of Ms. Austin when I see one, or in this case, hear one, do send the DM my regards and gratitude for the name. What a delightful Easter egg indeed.
Absolutely BRILLIANT! Ohhh, man, creepy as heck, the writing and acting and art and sound design were all so good!! Ngl, I kinda want that dress. Are these homebrew handbook monsters ones that High Hopes have had to face, then? Or is this fleshing out the world and giving them a warning at the same time of what might be out there?
You know, I think Alex and Matt casted as the Justicars made me think of Qui Gon Jinn and Obi Wan Kenobi from Star Wars. And I think it's a perfect match for them. I wish I could be a part of these stories but sadly I'm not from London. I wish I could meet the Shrieking Wizard Co. and meet Alex, who got me worked up on my art skills and helped me get better.
I LOVE these. I'm a huge fan of horror/spooky tales and this is a genuinely fantastic one. It's well written, great voice acting, and wonderful editing! Watching the process of the artwork in the background is actually a wonderful idea and really keeps me engaged as well.
Fantastic! This was extremely enjoyable and held my full attention throughout which few things do. This was perfect for the season and I very much hope we get more. I think having them for special times or just few and far between would let us appreciate each one.

The voice acting in this is insane! And the art is breathtaking.
You don't know how bad I want this to be a Twilight-Zone-style anthology series.

Now THAT is how you intro a monster
Beautiful! I was so swept up in this story that I didn't even look at my phone or play any games on my other monitor. You had my whole attention.
That was pure brilliance, clever writing and wonderful voice-overs! Happy Shriektober everyone
This was so super dope! I absolutely adore these tales!
