If one player can pop off at one period of year, which gives insane boost in Twitch viewers, and a lot of donations, and also increases the osu! reputation as a whole. The gains aren't limited only to the popping off player, but even Peppy kinda gets something from it. Not saying it's like this, but it wouldn't be impossible xD There were actually some situations like this or similar in other games (not gonna write essays or smth). P.S. Bro, osu community has become so uncool and disgusting. Since many of cool top players are out from the top 50 this game has been so boring. Well not all top players, but it's just not as fun anymore as it should be.

This is not how cheating allegations should be percieved. I can fully understand forum, the claims were loose as hell and the timing right before the tournament was ass. But view it like this: If forum did cheat, the timing would've been great and a cheater would've been prevented from winning COE.
Without cheating allegations cheaters won't get caught. If noone takes them personally or gets too invested in a case they're not involved in, they are a purely good thing for the osu community.
