The extreme holo foil card is called Quarter Century Secret Rare. And they are quite rare in a box, yours is currently worth 26 dollars according to tcgplayer

When it comes to card sleeves, remember that the Yugioh cards are smaller

Yugioh has a new set coming out this week called Quarter Century Bonanza, such a good set already and the majority of the packs have some nice hits and a bunch of holographic cards, that box would make for some really high quality entertainment
