The Tyrande portrait swap happened to me too, just switch it out in The Editor as there is a new section for selecting portrait

I make and save my campaigns on 1.31. I even add HD assets to them. This means you can play them in both 1.31 and in Reforged. It is impossible for a 1.31 campaign to have this new portrait data

Maybe the HD is not yet completed
