Unova or Kalos? Which region has the better starter Pokémon?
Unova
Unova... Because this region pokemon is focus on attack
Unova because of serperiors design and its hidden ability. I also like Samurotts design.
For me Kalos is better
Emboar's and Chesnaught's Design is litttle bit ugly

I’ll say, the most powerful attacks Superior had could’ve been devastating if it weren’t for that, with it the best move superior had was hidden power

Kalos is my favorite region ever. Pokemon X was my first game I bought after release, and to this day I still love it so much.

CrimsoNeo kalos is debatable the worst gen it had bad post game , was too easy and a broken meta game , also hydregion is in underused where is mauls the tiger but has some appearances in overused so it’s not a bad Pokémon at all.

If the guy using the unova team used leaf storm for extra stab damage and the possible ko they could’ve won instead they used wte hidden power that was and didn’t win and also when they would switch in and out they used such obvious moves they person switching in had an obvious advantage bc they knew what the other person was going to do
Hidden power base power: 60
Leaf storm base power: 130+ stab boost = 195
Greninja being a bug type resists grass type will take damage equivalent to 97.5 which is more than that of hidden power so leaf storm was a better choice.

The worst thing about chesnaught is that it is 4x weak to flying
I disliked because Serperior should have used Leaf Storm instead of hidden power in the last turn.

@@otto3112 unova has the best lore and storyline in the pokemon world. It has an actual post game and not a bad one but a good one. It has characters with original personalities. The pokemons may not be as good as kalos ones but kalos gameplay is really too easy and poor. There isn't a postgame and the legendaries do not have a crucial role in the story. Unova is better than kalos.

The biggest thrat in the unova side is serperior and on the kalos side are chesnaught and greninja. If it weren't for the burn and rocky helmet, unova could've won. Sading diggersby fainted easily, he's also a threat.

No, it is not. Greninja changed his type with its ability. After using U-Turn it became Bug-Type, therefore a Hidden Power Fire is the best move choice. Leaf Storm would not have been effective

@@bobbynewman9321 . Leaf storm would have dealt more damage due to stab and the difference of 70 base points between the base power of hidden power and leaf storm which are 60 and 130 respectively.
Lemme calculate for ya,(obviously it's not the actual damage but it can give you an idea that which move would be better)
Leaf storm+ stab(50%+) = 130+65 = 195
Hidden power + no stab = 60
Bug resists grass type so the damage comes down to 195/2 = 97.5 which is clearly more than that of hidden power(60).

@@Warlord_Megatron The Serperior had Hidden Power (Fire) so yeah, using that would the right choice than Leaf Storm since, as you calculated 97.5 power with Leaf Storm being resisted because of becoming a bug type and Hidden Power has 60 power and being super effective against a bug type will have 120 power
