Hidden in a dark chamber beneath Jabba the Hutt's throne room is the rancor and his keeper, Malakili. The Rancor walks on two stubby legs and has disproportionately lengthy arms to capture his prey. Serving primarily as amusement for Jabba, the rancor is also utilized in disposing of anyone the Hutt feels the need to get rid of.
