The top of the windscreen is already the top of the frame. If he angles the camera higher, you wont see the train controls and all you will see is the ceiling. Maybe what you mean is that he zoom in closer to the window?
Thanks for the video. It's sad that the Wuhan Virus had prevented me from flying to Japan and riding the Superview Odoriko one last time. Looking forward to taking this to Kawazu next Spring...

1Cで見てましたが、最前列でも運転席が高くて前がよく見えませんね。

カメラ位置が低いのは上りだから？
上りの先頭車は客室の床の高さが低く運転席の床の位置の方が若干高いです
自分が着座したときの自分の目線の位置にカメラをおいてもこんな感じになります
本当ならもう少しカメラの位置を高くしたいのですがそうすると後ろの席の方が見えなくなってしまうのでこのアングルで撮影しました
