You can tell Mike is of a specific age because he says King Koopa instead of Bowser (that’s what they called him on the late 80s cartoon).

Cumia's point is that Mike was being nasty to people they worked with and Compound Media's sponsors. Anthony hated Opie, but tried his best not to step on any "Greggshells". Being nasty to random radio hosts is not the same thing
@@superstimulatedminotaur3681 why was Mike not allowed to bust balls with other Compound Media hosts? Why dish it out if you can't take it? comes across as immeasurably soft and Mike only comes out of it in a more favourable light
also the 'sponsors' were a scam. Google Deep Discount reviews, the Compound Media sponsor that was the catalyst for Redbar leaving. Mike quite rightly refused to read out an ad for it live because he had no idea what it was about...turns out it was the right move
