Sorry to hear about your situation and the "man" leaving his children and their mother that built those babies in her belly. It never should have happened but I can tell you from experience it is how you handle adversity that defines you. Being angry is going to affect health, health and family. Be strong and women need to make sure the men they chose walk the line. I could write country and western songs about what has happened in my life, I don't give anyone that power over me. The world is crazier now with the pandemic, you need to get family and friends to help. Don't let this ruin you because there is a soul mate for you.
