I'm so very new to junk journaling. My heart races every time I watch a video with a more knowledgeable creator. I love pockets and I want to start a journal but I'm afraid I don't quite know enough. So I'll keep watching until I have the confidence within myself to just do it. Thank you for sharing a lovely book of yours and ideas.
Oh Doris! I really do hope that you will allow your heart to race as you create something. We are all beginners when it comes to the blank page. We're all starting from zero again, and again. I think you may never have the confidence. You kinda just have to do it anyway. I still get nervous and I still get overexcited, I think over time I've just become better at ignoring the voice that says "no" and listening to the (sometimes very quiet) voice saying "yes". If you have creative you may find that you can pull some courage from them. You can be brave even with internet friends. You don't need to make the next PIcasso, just put some pen to paper or some paper to paper. Find some beautiful bits (you probably already have some that you've been collecting!) and just put them together on a page with a lovely quote or poem. Please keep me update on your creative journey. I'm really excited for you to make something.
