So tired of the kidnapping scenes! 95% of these dramas have it. It doesn’t advance the plot, just use the time to give us viewers a satisfactory ending of the villains, not a kidnapping scene then a rushed ending where you don’t even know what happened to the villains 🙄
So there are many variations of this story line and tbh, this is one of the better versions. FL is not as much of a doormat. ML is actually more decisive, smart and supportive. It’s all relative and this comes out as a better version. Good acting, plot, etc

And she supposedly loves him as much as she wants the money, until the chosen for him fiance' shows up. This version seemed a bit less violent but barely. Acting was fine although I didn't get a feeling of a real relationship between them. Plot kind of dwindled, or maybe was the editing as MLs father and half sister are not seen again and we are told they immigrated to the US...no punishment for their crimes! There is an ending but it super quick and over.
