- Jackie Hill Perry taught a message at TGC’s 2021 Women’s Conference titled “Steadfast Speech: A Mighty Little Tongue.” James 3:1-12 formed the backdrop for her admonition to carefully control the tongue by the power of the Spirit. Perry taught that the tongue is accountable, the tongue is powerful, and the tongue is inconsistent.
Creating a better world through our words, she suggested, comes by addressing those realities in three ways. She called her listeners to be honest, to behold, and to be filled.

Sometimes the word is just so powerful. And God is using his vassals in such way that we are just rendered speechless! Sometimes I’m shouting Hallelujah at the top a my longs, but then sometimes I’m like Mary of Bethany just sitting at His feet and listening. God has blessed Jackie and given her such a way with words. Praise God. To Him all the glory.
Always thought That I shall not cruse other people even when i was just a kid. I did once or twice while in anger but I regretted it instantly. I never wanted my mouth to be filled with filthy words as I was raised as Christian plus my parents never spoke any cursing words infront of us though my all frnds used to curse nd cuss but I never accept that into my life. Now i feel Holy Spirit was working in me since then. Thank You God.

To hate someone isn't to simply love someone comparatively less than another. Jesus himself equated hate to murder within the heart of a person.
But he also says to hate our father and mother and love him instead. So I think in that context it makes sense?

The rest have heard and get what she’s trying to do too. But leave these people. What you say will just be used to accuse you of cursing them. If they want to support a serial, unrepentant abuser, and portray those who speak against him as the villain, that’s blood on their heads.
Question, if TGC dosent agree with wemen preaching in a church pulpid, then why do they put a video of a women that preaches on church pulpids, meaning she preaches not just for wemen but for the hall church, its just and honest question.

Women are to be silent in the churches. They are not permitted to speak, but must be in submission, as the law says.
Titus 2:5
to be self-controlled, pure, managers of their households, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, so that the word of God will not be discredited.
fyi - this is a conference for women only. she's not preaching to men.
Not until man take their rightful place in society where are the men.
Context is imperative. There are women documented in the Bible who told the good news to many.
If that scripture is to be understood in a literal sense, then we need to ask Holy Spirit to show us The Truth. God does not and cannot contradict Himself.
