She uses NARS moisturizer for her base. MOISTURIZER is IMPORTANT. and if you have sensitive skin with tons of acne marks, NARS TINTED MOISTURIZER is great. I use that stuff and I LOVE it. NARS has been my go-to moisturizer since I first tried it at sephora 2 weeks ago and it's really helped with me looking more presentable outside. xo I will also be purchasing the one she uses in this video for when I don't want to use my tinted moisturizer.

Looks like Korean makeup rather than Japanese (been in Japan for 20yrs), but it's very beautiful anyway. Japanese makeup is usually heavier-looking than Korean makeup and there are still a lot of young women who likes the gyaru-style makeup (which is quite heavy and thick). I personally prefer it like you did here! Very elegant and cute
