Yes, you'll need to buy the perfect tunes for the fuel rate and timing with 300 gold each. Then it should run faster
Tip: Next time you buy a car, go for the strip version instead of the stock ones. The former comes with free perfect tunes intalled on it so you wouldn't need to spend them precious gold
