- Came 13th out of 23 in class and 38 out of 92 overall. Significantly better performance than the absolute clown show I was putting out last year. Didn't lay'er down once, for once, just a minor wobble and even rode someone else's bike in this race lmfao.
minor note i just checked I wont be able to make the august p2 race of Walton as I'm going back to the UK see my sister and her new baby, my nephew!
They did shorten the lap, i dont think they updated the distance, so if anyone checked the speeds, we weren't averaging 40kph because that would be outstanding. the actual speed was more like 26kph (quik maffs) - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ
Your riding has improved so much over the past couple years! Well done!
Thank you! Over the winter, i had a look back at some of my early videos and i straight up laughed. It made me feel that keeping track of my progress has been worth it.
I enjoyed the commentary, nice race!
Nice job! Look forward to seeing these , hopefully get to meet you at one in person!
Definitely!!! i usually scoot after the race as getting back across toronno sucks on a sunday afternoon haha. Whats your race number?
@@woodlandwugui do you have an instagram account ?!
good to hear the gloves worked out :)
Lmao, you see me on the ground when you come into the trails on the first lap😂
Ahhhhhh hahaha what happened? you collide into Isaiah or get cross rutted? I think its him? 🤣
@woodlandwugui I was trying to brake and slid into Isaiah as he fell. lol
@@BakeBoat07 🤣haha hillarious, least you didnt run him over, though you could have used his bike as traction through the mud!
Had a shit start in my last race too, it does suck but someone has to get off the line late (last in my case) lol. Looks like a fun course.
haha well i had to go check out your last race, and the keanu meme cracked me up! This was certainly a fast course, and the int guys were absolutely flying, they even added a hard enduro section for that class and above, logs and tyre carnage.
Another great vid dude! Nice job 13th in class
thanks man, though tbf, the class was only 23 big, but im very happy nevertheless as I felt like I rode well, espeically compared to years past
nice - thanks for posting!
come racing Brian!!!
@@woodlandwugui might have to show up in my fancy gear ;-)
@@kiwi-moto you'll (probably) be the most handsome fella at the track!
For braking on wet grass don't touch your clutch when using your rear brake. you should hear the chain slapping around if you're braking hard enough. It will help settle the bike and stop you from locking the rear tire and sliding out.
Noted thank you, I gotta break that habit and now i think about it, maybe i pull the clutch in because i lack the accurate control in the rear too. I'll be sure to practice this.
@@woodlandwugui Brenton900 speaks the truth. take a look at the Enduro GP guys on a grass track, heavier front brake than rear, butt off the seat and hips rearward. Bike is actually more disturbed by the application of clutch in that situation. Seems paradoxical but .....Be well and have fun.
My start was terrible. Stalled and couldn’t get started. I had the worst first lap in my class clawed my way back a bit by the end but not near enough lol
ahhh better luck next time!!!
