    Whenever I travel, I always end up with some leftover coins. Since they are useless when I return home, I usually drop them into the donation box at the airport.

    So many coins in our junk drawer (after 46 years of marriage)! The idea was to use them every time we would return to a specific country. But alas, the coins we have kept are usually not valid any longer ...

      46 years! I'm sure you have quite the coin collection. That's a good point, I'm sure many of the coins I've collected during my travels are also no longer usable.

    I have many little things ,so I have many boxes like junk drawers to conserve

    In my country, there is no coin. we only use cash or credit card
