Always new stuff showing up each week. May take me awhile to find the perfect items for a space I'm redoing but I sort of enjoy the "hunt" of pulling together a space and making it look amazing.

Nice work Nikki! it looks classy and fresh at the same time! You use your colour themes through your house so confidently, but not boringly so even a loud colour combo person like me can really get inspired by your videos, and there is always a bit of bling/shiny in there somewhere. I would have never thought of putting crown moulding (coving we call it) into a newer house...looks so smart. I would definetly try this if I moved (i think the ceilings are too low in this flat). That home project binder was the most wonderful idea I've ever heard of! Normally, I'm with you -- I always believe in doing loads of research to save at least 50 percent. But those bulbs are nice, and like you said, you're going to have them for years. I was taught to divide the price by the time to determine your investment. If you go to sell the home and want to take them with you, simply replace them with something cheaper before showing your home. (In fact, you could probably still get half the price if you sell them used!)
