Hard to explain
14:21 is the building. Behind the counter looking towards the building from opposing side's spawn headed towards Bomb/Capture Field.
You can snipe them fairly easily through that window. Especially if they run down the stairs instead of sliding through the hole in the upper wall or running straight from the main road.
