It was the government official 3:39 statement that was issued out. Even though we all have our commentary on the usage of rehabilitation. @@unclejoe6442 The correct expression should be rehabilitation and expansion of the Ofankor to Nsawam road. There is an existing Ofankor to Nsawam dual carriage road that is damaged and is being rehabilitated and expanded from dual carriage to 5 lanes bi-directionally. So I don’t think Ben is wrong even if he said that. I believe we should be circumspect in our commentaries on matters we differ in opinions and not sought to impugn the dignity and reputation of others.
