    One piece of advice for your security. Be careful with your sleeves with no bottom when you work with the planer, milter, ....

    Great project! For detachable parts I'd use Flat Head Screw with Hammer Head Nut. The connection is sturdier

    Your daughter must love this ... can I suggest that you make some covers that go on the frame to turn it into a tent/den ... she'll love being able to hide away from everyone in her own little world 👍
    BTW for attaching the fabric strip to the slats it'd have been quicker/easier/simpler to use a staple gun!

      Yes thats exactly why I went for this type of the bed. Got some lights as well lol
      The staple gun was my first choice but the one I got is a cheap one and it didn't manage to shoot the staples through the material lol

    Tomasz, I know what you've done. You said you made this bed for your daughter, but (in reality) you made a bed for yourself. Jokes apart, this is excellent project. Good thinking has gone into it and the result is top notch.

    The roof of the bed push the force line to the out side. Could be this a problem for the structural integrity in the future?

    • @CasualDIY
      @CasualDIY  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I don't think it will in this case

    Hi the bed looks amazing could I just ask did you use 4*2 timber for the legs? And 6*1 for apron?
