I feel like AK needs to take communication classes. I don't think he knows how to communicate or articulate a vision to others. Communication is a skill and he doesn't have a good skillset in that area and it hurts him and this franchise. If we don't understand where the team is going does the staff understand what he is laying out or envisioning.
