I’m not gonna say my age but im 12-15 and this is exactly what I needed today. it sucks the amount of young girls and even teens and adults that look at their body’s negatively because of social media. we need more positive influencers like you.💗💗
Also thank you so much for this, all my life people have been telling me “you’re so short! You’re as light as a feather!” And things like that. People told me to eat more, to eat healthier and stuff like that, but the thing was I was very healthy, but people just kept telling me to eat more and it made me feel so insecure about how I look and who I am. Whenever I went to the doctors they always told me I was underweight and everyday I was reminded of that, even as I’m writing this I have tears coming from my eyes. I also do ballet and as a lot of people know we have to wear a leotard and tights, and I felt horrible wearing it, you could see how skinny I was and I felt soooo insecure and always thought why can’t I have a body like the other people in my level (class) It still bothers me but I have also began to learn that your body and how you look is not who you are, even though you may have better looks and become more popular, it’s mostly who you know your are, not who people tell you who you are. Because you are everything know matter what People say about you, also thank you so much Lily for being aware. 😊 love you pink palm puff ❤
