Inventory idea! I work as an ER nurse and we have to inventory our stock constantly to be prepared. Making a weekly checklist is super helpful. So each week you assign someone to do an inventory on certain necessities. Just make it part of your routine and you can create a schedule of a different person each week. I find this easier than having to scan each item after use as that adds an extra step when you are already busy. If you find weekly is too often or not often enough, just adjust your inventory days to fit your needs! Hope that helps!
Add a sku code (bar code) sticker to the boxes, on the front, input the qty you recieve and scan it everytime you use one so you can see how many you have left is an idea. Then replenish whenever you see qty is low.
Can’t say enough about how much entertainment and knowledge I get from your videos. Been a joy and inspiring watching your channel and company grow. Keep it up crew.
To see how efficient your workspace is, how about picking out one counsel and going through the whole process of cleaning, fixing, and posting such items? Then, watch and find the areas where you can improve-just a thought.
You guys should look into switching 8x6x4 boxes to 10x10x2 for some orders. I found out that it ended up being cheaper in some places for some reason and the boxes hold games fairly tight. Plus I ended up with a lot less damaged product when shipping.
A lot of the flow and operational efficiency concepts you're talking about align with lean manufacturing, which was mostly pioneered by Toyota in their development of the Toyota Production System. They even have a pull-based inventory control system called kanban that can be as simple as an index card with all the information you need to reorder that item being dropped in a box when you pull that item off the shelf that drops the quantity below your minimum stock threshold.
pick someone to be in charge of the supplies that everyone uses or are paramount to the business. pick 2 days off the week ideally as equal apart from each other as possible and have them run a supply check and order to what your preferred limit is to each supply. the goal of the order is to make it to the next order that way you dont end up with too much. and people that use supplies that only pertain to their activities it is up to them to keep up with those specific supplies
Would it not be smart to put Wii Sports resort without a manual on the buylist for a bit less then compleet. Then compleet it yourself? Then you make some money and provide a service to the buylist users. Of course you can do this for whatever game you have many manuals of.
The labos rubber bands break before anything else. They get old and hard and crack apart. I built everyone of them for my oldest when he was 5. Unbelievable, but those labos sealed 10 years from now will be worth like the Rockband and guitar heroes are CIB.
It would be super tedious and might be out of line for the business, but I would love to be able to just see what manuals you have, do a buy it now on the one I need and get it. The odds that a manual I need is posted in a lot is very rare, and the odds that i want to buy 100 manuals is even rarer. But again, it's probably too big of a task considering the work and the return.
Hello! We agree, our search is outdated and clunky - our. new search system launches in 2 weeks, and it's great! We require users save a payment method to enter a giveaway, because we want that user to be serious about considering to shop on Encore. Sellers are giving away valuable items for free, and we (Encore) pays for giveaway shipping, so the giveaways are completely free for you! Because of that, requiring users to save a payment method screens out the people who have absolutely no interest in purchasing anything in the app vs. those who would be open to it. I hope that makes sense! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns!
Great questions - we quote directly from USPS through Shippo so prices are always accurate. We're only available in the US at this time but are planning to expand soon!
From my understanding, it's like ebay auctions with a video? Also it has a swipe type function, like youtube shorts, where you can just swipe up to see a random auction. So it is not live, just a recorded video, and the auctions are longer like a regular ebay auction, so you don't need to watch a whole show for one specific type of console or game I guess. To me, what not and encore are dumb, more so what not. Encode atleast has a search function, wo you technically can find a specific game or I think atleast a certain consoles games. What Nota really dumb, since you need to watch a show for a long time in the hopes the thing your looking for pops up. Unless you like to do a lot of impulse buys, which is a bad idea financially for 99% of people. I think most of there big collections from people who built the collection in a year are from impulse buying morons.
Good question - we're entirely video-based, which improves trust & engagement, while also being more convenient than livestreaming. All the benefits of video while being asynchronous so you aren't limited to selling only to people in your stream. And for buyers, they have more time to consider items, do their research, and place bids.
Al Pal lists on Ebay Engineer lists on Amazon Zipsale is a uk multi listing site, does every listing in one and deletes crossover listings when sales are made so you dont oversell… there must be a US version of it cos i think zippy are just UK something like that would literally half your man hours in listing times. i take my thank you’s in a size Earthbound! best bit is i know you have a copy 😏 lol 🍄

Knowing how to identify a 101 without seeing the back is a must for any reseller.
Merry Christmas to your family and friends 🧡

You said you like to diversify your ways of selling in your business. Currently, how many sights do you sell on, and what are they, please?

is the Encore giveaway US only?
There's actually 2 backs to the pokewalker. One clip and one regular back

Says not available in my country or region after I scan encore
I dunno about that Encore app. Requiring adding a payment method for a giveaway is sussy. Additionally, the search function on the app is awful.

@EncoreSupport Do you plan on being available in Canada? I tried to download the app but it says it's not available here
@@Disturbed1TV Yes, within the next 2 months
@EncoreSupport Do you offer combined shipping options when purchasing multiple items from the same seller?
Nigga whatnot does the same thing
Do you have to be in America to join the new selling platform or do they calculate shipping fees to be more reasonably priced than eBay’s GSP?

I thought keemstar was on here for a sec. Sick video though.
So what's Encore do different from Whatnot?

I thought the Nintendo Labo sets were a fun little gimmick. Since they came out I’ve had them tucked in the closet though…
End cap shelving
Or end cap stand desks with mounted computer monitors or both
101's come in many color
Only 3 colors. Anything else is a reshell
