Ma'am the psm path graph was a kaplan meyer survival analysis curve for a pt who recieved an allograft. Three curves were given touching baseline on 15days,30days and 60days and each had anti cd 4, anti cd8 and both anti cd4 and anti cd8 respectively. The options were along the lines of
Cd4 is involved in graft rejection
Both are involved in graft rejection
Cd4/8 prolongs graft survival
Cd8 is more involved in graft rejection than cd4
I dont remember the options exactly word for word but this was the question asking about wuoch cells predominantly involved in allograft rejection as shown by the prolonged survival of pt on immunosuppressive therapy for each individually and both combined

Which infection spreads by all blood products... Options were malaria, toxoplasma,
Syphilis, filariasis
Persistent GI complaints are included in anaphylactic reaction criteria:)
Source
Persistent or severe that's what the criteria reads. If severe cramping or vomiting is mentioned then yes.
Also as per the students there was no option to select all options. So best case scenario was to go for hives/urticaria, resp distress. If all was an option then we can include persistent gi symptoms too
Ma'am it had a option with 3 correct choices in which only hypertension was not there rest all three were there
Vomiting or cramps simply because of excessive action of Histamine on H2 receptors in stomach causing acidity
@@_drpreetisharma thanks for replying maâam! The combination with all 3 and leaving HTN was there. Had selected that option only.
It was not polysaccharide capsule it was polysaccharide vaccine

Pregnant female had the history of pain full genital ulcer last year and that were resolved and child 18 months old with vesicular rashes bx from base of ulcer shows tzank cell what is the cause
Thank you for the detailed question. Will add this in the review
Wc mam ð
Yes most recalls somehow forgot to mention the 18 months history.
It was 18 months old.Mother when pregnant had genital rash.
Currently child who is 18 months old has vesicles over arm and trunk.
Scraping shows Multinucleated Giant Cells.
Meningitis was not mentioned.
A)HSV 2
B ) VZV
So its HSV 2 rt ?â@@rtymoria
I personally thought that the mother's history was irrelevant...so I marked VZV considering the rash distribution....but I might be wrong
26:22
How many correct responses do you think the toppers gonna get , guy s ?
No one can predict. Because the recalls are never 100 percent accurate ð
