Its a mental amount of money to buy but honestly i dont think theres a better hatchback on the road. Its cool. Props to the owner for building what he wanted.

more than likely is but probs has low torque. everyone things bhp is everything but if you have 1000hp but 1nm of torque it means nothing
@@Thomas-wg3ls Hp is formed for torque and rpm, so yes, hp is everything.
Seems people will be espousing false ideas about torque and horsepower 1000 years from now.
@@llavero5 is something with P(S) is Torque times 9550 divided by RPM. dont know if that gives you KW or BHP

I think hed be happy in a pd130 with he drives 😂 get it going past 6k , as for forged engine? You forged it as in rods pistons ect or just valve springs? As far as im aware theyre already forged or maybe im wrong🤷♂️

Cool, but the first thing I would do would be sequential gearbox, and then tune it to 3-400 hp. I am thinking re-do it back to rally.

Great video and an amazing take on the GR yaris, but FFS, czechoslovakia ceased to exist in 1992! The owner orderer either from Czech Republic or Slovakia

Is it just me or when he’s accelerating the car sounds so slow and doesn’t rev very high?
It's hard to judge speed through the camera but seemed like he was short shifting it and not booting it to the redline.
Yes he's not revving it out. Probably knows it'll blow up

IMO the video is informative rather than a demo of power.. public roads and the notorious YT police and keyboard warriors guessing BHP from a few clips.. If this was a track or closed road then agree would expect to see more power..

peoples this is a PSA dose/flutter sounds cool, but i just installed a proper BOV on my car that didnt have one and the on off throttle difference is ridiculous. recently learnt this is because when a bov goes off it not only stops air going backwards into the impeller slowing it down, but actually creates a vacuum in front of the turbo as pressure is released or diverted, speeding up the impeller for a moment (even though off throttle), its the same reason your vacuum cleaner speeds up when you block it, rather than slows down, it should be struggling more with a blockage but in fact speed up because of negative pressure, thus no air resistance alowing the motor to speed up. Current car audi a4 b5 1.8tq, but have experienced this with my gc8 wrx too i just never understood it.
If it works that's great, some more modern cars don't like a BOV at all though.
