Everyone has the ability to recover. We each must take that walk alone because it's truly in our hands. Elle not only can you do it, you did it. And that's no small feat. Learning to say NO isn't easy. Nothing good in life worth having is easy. Great job girl! I've been in recovery for 7 years. It can be done!!!

I feel this so much. I got out of a horrible toxic 4 year relationship with narcissistic psycho ex. And got diagnosed with PTSD earlier this year. Which I still struggle with along with anxiety. I feel this, feeling alone, extremely down. But not wanting to feel defeated. It’s hard to put a brave face. Especially, when you have two small kids to live for and move forward. I know life is going to get better one day.
