Does the SE have ambient lighting?
No, it does not.
Does the SEL premium come with the ambient lighting too? Or just the SEL
Yes, both SEL and SELP will have ambient lighting.
My daughter and I just got my wife the r line ....She loves it, just wishes it would have came with the ambient lighting as well.
Well, I finally bought my 2020 Volkswagen Jetta SEL, in Tornado Red! I decided not to wait, since you mentioned that the 2021s might do away with the CD player! I love this car! Great gas mileage, moonroof, CD player, Beats Audio and heated seats were all good selling points for me. Thank you for the information Mr. Reese that convinced me to get this car!

LED headlights are on ALL trims of 2020 Jetta. There are just two different kinds of LEDs.

Mr. Reese, I am having one issue with my new Jetta SEL. The issue is the alarm system. I was told that my car was equipped with a factory alarm that would activate if someone unauthorized tried to enter the car. I have tested the alarm system ( by leaving the drivers window open, then locking the doors, activating the alarm, and then attempting to enter while having the FOB far away from the car, like in the house ). Although the alarm LED is blinking, when I open the door to the Jetta with the FOB no where in site, the alarm does not come on. The LED light will continue to flash, but no flashing lights or audible alarm/ horn sounds. Am I missing something? I took it back to the dealer, and it still does not function like a typical car alarm should.
From what I have noticed, they don't work the way that you are expecting it to. I've gotten into cars when the key fob battery is dead and the car was locked setting off the alarm. It will go off when breaking glass or opening the door when the lock is not unlocked via key fob buttons.
Does the 2020 SEL models have red or amber rear turn signals?
Red. Only 2019s had the amber ones.
@@vwguru I actually busted someone by using this knowledge, I have the 2020 selp and pulled into a gas station with someone that had the same car, asked him if it was the 2020 and he said yes but when he drove away it had amber turn signals xD THAT LYING BASTARD.
