The zone is a big mix of themes which don't work together, but I've done my best to mix them (I've also left aside some of them). Its also the amazing music of Jason Hayes. Its foreboding but also invites you to explore, and is epic but also ambient. The newer cataclysm music is very epic and sounds great, but is so much sometimes that I find it hurts my immersion.
Not very popular zone but very unique and with beautiful music. I spent enough time here too and enjoy it. Thank you Meisio for bringing back good memories.
This is one of my many favorite pre cata zones. Can't wait to see how it has evolved after the cataclysm. I have always enjoyed your videos and have never felt disappointed by any of them. You genuinly cover everything each zone has to offer and mix up the music perfectly. It is always a treat to listen to your ambiance videos. Thank you!

There's a lot of underrated areas in Kalimdor that are SO atmospheric. They're not particularly pretty, nor do they have the best quests or hubs, but damn if there isn't something extremely magical and captivating about them. The music and scenery makes you want to explore every corner and find some hidden secret you just know is hiding there, and that's what made Vanilla zones like this so special. Graphics might be outdated by now, but it's still a hundred times better than some newer expansion zones.
I remember a random mage walking up to me and saying you will love this place called Theramore, making a portal and sending me… thank you Mage whoever you were… you were right
I have been nervous about adding those. Just because they don't necessarily fit with the Marsh theme. The original mix was wild comparing to this final version :)
this zone is probably not the favourite or most frequented, but I´ve leveled my Mag´Har Fury there and loved it. It was very refreshing and cool, a lot of fond memories.
One thing i do kind of like about the current leveling system is the freedom to go places. Started a new toon and currently in Redridge, this video gives me the itch to take a boat and do some questing here. P.S. still wish the leveling was a tad bit slower.
Yes, the leveling is quite fast and the mob difficulty is quite uneven. The same level 30 mob you can kill in 2 seconds in one zone and in 20 seconds on another.
Wow, some of these tracks, like "Theramore Isle" and "Nat's Landing," are really powerful. It's like almost "Invincible" from Icecrown Citadel levels of good.

It was kind of a depressing zone, but it was the perfect place to level.
Dustwallow Marsh, Wetlands and Swamp of Sorrows music is so good, it has that lovely vibe of adventure and discovery of Vanilla WoW 💖🍦

Very underrated zone, I always enjoyed that it's tucked away and mostly optional. Very good scales farming too, back in the day.

Shady Rest Inn quests and Mudsprocket have pretty good quests.

I loved farming this zone for professions. For some reason this type of music makes me think of crime noir.

Smoke, water, basilisks, raptors, dragons, dark, fire, spiders, murlocs, turtles, ogres, crabs, Nat Pagle, Jaina, Onyxia. A highly underrated WoW area. My favorite.
Great mix of music! The Theramore music contrasted well with the more swampy, ogre-y music, a good and well-paced variety. Awesome work!!
