If you tried all solutions and didn't work then try to find solution on google. A tip for you is always take backups for your important documents and files on cloud storage or external drive.

First aapko check karna hai ki aapki orignal file kahan pe hai jaise ki ho sakta hai jis file ko aap open kar rahe wo koi Shortcut ho apke orignal file ka ya fir ye bhi ho sakta hai ki wo file OneDrive pe upload ho aur aapke computer pe wo sirf show ho rahi ho to aap is tarah check karen then confirm hone ke baad Excel open karna hai then blank workbook open karna hai and then file tab pe click karna hai then Open pe click karna hai uske baad aapko browse pe click karke apne excel file ko select karna hai then apko drop down menu me "Open and Repair" pe click kar dena hai. agar isse aapka problem solve nahi hota to video me bataye gaye baki solutions ko try kar sakte hain
