This particular song, is about star yes, but also the trip Jarad made to LA while dating Star… thing is, he never came back… the girl he refers to in the hotel room in LA is, Ally… Ally was the plug. That’s also who he refers to when saying “*You* see the blood on the front porch”. Because Ally knew and saw how Star abused Juice emotionally. Thats why he says “fantasies became reality, but only for one of us” because now Jarad was really becoming JuiceWRLD. He was now full of success and lifestyle, while she was no one. Knowing about these situations only makes it more sad man.

Absolutely love this song..I'm a huge JB fan and he's opened me up to yet another amazing artist..never heard Juice before but that's the beauty of a collaboration like this..if it's as GOOD as this one you go do your research on that artist..and I'm loving what I'm hearing!! Juice goes hard on this song..its hard to listen tho knowing he's not here anymore..thats kinda chilling! The fact he's talking about his ex girlfriend and the past and Justin is talking about his now wife and the future..thats also chilling..we could have lost Justin too at such a young age!! It's heartbreaking to think someone as talented as Juice has gone..the world truly lost a good one!! Juice was on pace before he died to become bigger than even Drake and was quickly becoming a household name. Had he never died he would likely be the biggest music artist today.
