I still don't understand, but how does this bogie turn? It is usually centered on an axis to rotate. And how can it rotate if it is attached on both sides with compressors (suspension system) ?

How do that bogie turning? Usually they use single pivot in the center as axis, but this one have two attachment points (those secondary suspension), so how do they rotate?

The flexing of the secondary suspension allows for rotation in small amounts which is all that is necessary for a car that size
