Sorry to hear about your shoulder - I had chronic neck pain for nearly 6 months and it's horrible to be in constant pain! Have you tried lowering your desk so you can rest your forearms on it when you're typing? It might help take the pressure off your shoulder since you won't be using it to support your arm constantly throughout the day! There are tons of useful articles online about creating ergonomic setups at home which might help
Thank you Hannah, I’m going to look more into this and posture is so important. Something I can 100% improve on! I’ve also invested in this shoulder sleeve that heats up and massages and that seems to be helping too 😊
I totally get that Lily! I think that comes down to what I’ve been talking about motivation vs consistency! I’d say maybe try switch up your routine every few weeks to keep it interesting and definitely involve a friend if you do morning workouts 😊
