When I watch you go thru Costco it makes me wish we had one closer (ours is over 2 hrs away which doesn't make it very economical), I'd be envious but you said the dreaded "s" word and my poor old bones have a love/hate relationship with the white stuff.
Your Tropicana orange juice is with calcium, and calcium can inhibit iron absorption. Your doctor said orange juice because of vitamin c. Just take your iron supplement with water and vitamin C. Prayers.

Hey Lauren. I'm your viewer from Malaysia. What I learned from the nurses that took care of me while I was pregnant is to take the iron pills with juice too; and you have to timed it out nicely so that you take it 2 hours after a meal and only eat another meal after 2 hours of taking the pill to help with absorption. For example, let's say you eat breakfast at 8am, take the pill with juice at 10am and have lunch at 12pm. Take care Lauren and have a wonderful day 😊

For the exception of the Pumpkin pie, lately, I hardly ever buy any baked goods @Costco unless it’s on sale, or a flash sale or on clearance or similar bcuz I spend 1/4 of the cost to bake the item at home. I’m so glad the boys helped U bring up your grocery haul when U gig home.💕 Totally agree, the freeze dried peaxhes n pears look delicious.😊

Your freeze dried fruit looks amazing, we love freeze dried fruit but it’s quite hard to get in Australia. We recently drove over an hour to get to our nearest Costco and were so disappointed they didn’t have a fraction of what you showed and it’s coming into summer here and still had winter clothes, the tester foods were all milks or milk protein drinks.

Use a magic eraser inside any pot/pan that's white - removes all staining. Do your normal soapy wash then when it's clean just use a damp eraser and it's all gone

You don’t have to boil them first. Just spray with oil and air fry until toasty. I wore my husband's pjs and jackets at the end of my pregnancies😅. Both of my babies were born in january.
