First off I want to say your eye makeup is absolutely gorg!! Need a "get ready with YOU" vid on this look stat. As for the vid it self, thank you SO much for this Revlon review. I keep seeing it at the store but I was waiting ball and chain (to keep me from going back to get it lol) for your opinion on it. With that being said, I will save my coins. The packaging is so stinkin cute and different! I remmeber their sneak peek IG pics on the swatches and for it to be labeled "matte" it looked hella shiny. I was wondering what part is matte. Maybe the packaging lol. Hopefully Revlon would go back to the drawing board with these. Because their Le Mattes lip twist pencil blows these ones out the water.

Thank you so much for mentioning the scent! I was still considering trying one or two when they finally reached Canada, but I can't handle that fake cherry scent. I too would prefer paint/chemical smell! I returned the one Revlon HD lipstick I had purchased solely because of the cold medicine, cherry smell it had.

I love mine lol I don't mind that it isn't totally matte because it feels sooooo good on. And I think mine smell like the nyx butter glosses...

I completely agree with +arikeer. The bottles are gorgeous, but I've learned the hard way not heeding your lip product reviews results in me wasting money.

I believe you on the scent! Staying away from these. I blew off the warning back on the Revlon HD lipsticks and the scent was pretty bad and I don't really have issues with scents in general. Color selection doesn't seem that great either for WOC.
i just got seduction an hour ago at Riteaid and im smelling it rt now btwn typing this comment and mine smells like vanilla..i swear...so idk if its a fluke..but ik what cherry cough syrup smells like(i have some for my kids and was going back n forth btwn smelling just to make sure)&yep my ultra hd in seduction is vanilla scented.

I think smell is pretty subjective. everyone always says the colourpop lippie stix smell like vanilla but I always thought the one I had smelled like strong paint. until recently I smelled it and was like "hey.. that does kinda smell like vanilla." smell is so odd. lol
i love mines - Staying power is awesome- sold me to them.. 7.99 at target - seduction, obsession and addiction are my colors! the glossy part disappears in about 2 hrs and they get matte and no drying- i wear it with lip liner to help them stay put and not feather..

I bought the darkest one and took it back the same day just because I hated the scent so much! Hopefully they work for someone else.

Seduction looks awesome on you! Too bad it smells. That was like me with the Milani lipstick line (not the Amore lip creams). They had this plastic watermelon scent that made me gag!

Is this like the Milani matte lipsticks?
No
The Miliani ones dry to a lot more matte of a finish than these. These really don't fully dry matte, while as the Milani ones do. That's the only difference I see other than the smell of course:)

They do stink--I would also describe it as toxic cherry plastic smell.
agreed I bought 2 and when I got to my car I wanted to immediately put on the color and once I smelled it I was so put off!!! it smells like fruity plastic ass. ewww. thank you for reviewing these it made me feel better about returning them.
