Also, a more traditional lifestyle and a holistic/traditional diet naturally lend themselves to being more conservation minded. Making your own yogurt from raw, grassfed milk, making your own coconut milk from bulk-buy desiccated coconut, and grinding your own flours from whole, bulk grains that you’ve soaked and dehydrated yourself are three examples of ways to eliminate plastics (some things I used to do back home so I know what I’m talking about in these instances😘). HTH.

It's actually a single door freezer & refrigerator. The closed door is the freezer, the one she opens is the refrigerator. You can opt to have that huge unit look if you buy both together.

Don't listen to Monsters advice. It's important to keep your room clean. Physiology, it could impare you of your responsibilities in the future. You're too comfortable in your comfortability. Nothing you are struggling with comes easy to obtain! Just keep trying your best to do what you can and pray about it and keep trying. People do NOT like to struggle and that's why they end up not fulfilling their dreams. It clears your mind and helps you focus . In the mess, you feel worried, gross, and distracted by other things. You could also have children in the future, very crucial that you learn while you young or your going to struggle with it in your adult life! {Also if sudden guest come over you didnt plan for it will be so embarrassing)I struggled so bad and I had to pray and pray and I finally after my prayer the next morning, I got up and I became so discipline. Been on a roll ever since You can do it!

Most people making these videos and watching, don’t know the science behind food and how to store it. It can go bad when you cut certain foods and fruit and ethylene gas too. I’ve seen videos with people throwing out food because the family didn’t get to it all… these videos should be used as inspiration and they are therapeutic to watch to get some ideas…but I personally wouldn’t be that heavily influenced by it. I’ve seen women on certain channels think that this is what life is all about, getting married, popping out a few kids and having the perfect fridge and home and it’s so much more than that. This should be merely inspirational and entertainment. It is possible to have a lot of food like this but when I see all this food, it reminds me of all the food I saw volunteering at a food bank and so many people buy so much food that they don’t eat, but it’s good they donate it because damn… so much food it’s crazy!

Healthy Tip! You need to use a bamboo cutting board when using ceramic knifes, otherwise you eat glass and ceramic particles plus it dulls your knife.

Here’s a tip: store your cucumber slices with just a tiny bit of water, enough to cover the bottom. It’ll help make sure they don’t dry out.
