This video was a very long process, but I stuck with it and now I have made this beauty! Trying to find this NPC was a little goal I had this Halloween since I saw him that one faithful day. It took a lot of patience, and a lot of storage space. Thankfully in the end, I figured out his path and captured 3/4 recordings! Comment below: Did you see him this year? And also, did you see him anytime between 2015 - 2021? Please let me know!

I'm almost certain I've heard him between 2015-2017 but I never deliberately looked for him
neat that you spent time to capture this NPC's route & song. ArenaNet adds so many small details into this game.
wish we could access to the bard's armor pieces/outfit, then we can run around as bards in game.

off Halloween season he is often in cursed shores.
There is also Marcello DiGiacomo which shares similar model, but MD is in LA since the queens Jubilee. So many players may not know of Maklain mistaking him for Marcello.
