So glad we have doctors so smart that they can tell us that dirty air is bad for our lungs. Well, off to work in the coal mines!

YET the only blue zone in the US, and only 1 of 6 in the world, is located in Greater LA. So air pollution doesn’t really impact health and longevity, diet and exercise are more important and can offset the effects of poor air quality

I’ve had a lung transplant. I’m blessed beyond words, however, you don’t want have to go thru a transplant and the after care for the rest of your life.
