I did two substitutions, simply because i like it (and i could :) ): first x+3 = t, and then when i got (t^2-1)(t^2-9) another substitution t^2-5=u. From here u^2-16=9, i.e. u= +/- 5 and from here the solutions are the same.
If you multiplied the original factors together the leading exponent would be x^4, so wouldn’t you have 4 solutions?….ok..never mind…you have two -3’s which are the same root.
I was thinking the same thing, but when I got two -3s, I assumed I'd made a mistake, then spent too much time trying to find that mistake. (Was still fun)

El polinomio es de cuarto grado y me muestra tres raíces. En el minuto 4:00 llega a determinar un trinomio cuadrado perfecto, cuya raíces son recurrentes y es donde está la raíz que falta indicar.
