It may have been part of the test years ago but not anymore. The purpose is checking to see if the Air compressor is working properly. If you're building pressure at what seems to be a normal rate trying to get to "Governor cut out" it's not necessary to time this.

The compressor always builds air until it cuts off at 125 psi.

My video is only the required Air Brake test. This is required to receive a 100% "everything correct" score or you will automatically fail. You're making reference to the in-cab inspection and you are not require to score 100% but try to get a good score. There is not an Auto fail for the In-cab inspection.
That's very unfortunate because the test is based on "specifically" the information printed in your states CDL Drivers manual. My state is Colorado, which all states are the same says; The low air warning (Buzzer, Light, or flag) should activate before air pressure drops below 55psi or a level specified by the truck manufacturer" If I'm testing you I want to know if you understand the low air warning system and that it will automatically activate at a certain air pressure. If you say approximately or at 60 psi I would pass you because you do understand what happens. I don't know who tested you and failed you but I would dispute this. You're more correct that the examiner!

He called the valves trailer brake valves and tractor brakes valve respectively, the lady examiner said for emergency 🚨 brake test they should be called service line and emergency brake. Checklist inspection descriptions did not call it so.

This CDL test is based on the content of the material in your states CDL Drivers manual and it is a requirement that you name parts and components by the correct name. On the checklist That you're allowed to carry with you on the test it refers to "Parking and Trailer brake test". I would dispute this because he's correct and she's wrong. With that being said, you're not allowed to use slang words to describe a part or component. The valve itself say's "Trailer Air supply" It doesn't say service line. You test it the same as the emergency brake. It's design is to apply the trailer brakes in an emergency if the trailer breaks away from the tractor. Good luck with this and thanks for sharing!

This video in the series demonstrates the procedures for conducting an air brake test which needs to be performed accurately without any mistakes. Wearing a seatbelt is mandatory during the road test and it’s an inspection item during the Incab inspection. Wearing a seat during the air brake test is not required.

Why do some people show counting the seconds between 85 and 100 on air pressure buildup?

Just fyi I failed my test today in Arizona by saying “at approximately 60 psi.” I was told it’s “at” 60 psi.
