I have the same but the only issue that it doesn't grind the beans consistently

Have you had it for long? It literally take me seconds to grind mine, I haven’t experienced any issues with it. Do you hold down the lid when you grind it?

I followed the same method of yours once I watched the video months ago I took to Burgman Mall in bur Dubai then got it, it's not about the duration of the grinding but it's all about the consistency only
