I just got a slide in camper, and you had a great idea of how to secure it on your truck. I am going to look and see if I can do the same thing with mine.
Now, all you need to do is upgrade your mirrors.

I made saw horse X2 to hold my home built camper to the height of truck bed so when I jack it up only 2 inch is needed 2 clear and load.

We have done that in the past. This time we wanted storage under it. Thanks for watching and your comment

TA DA! Great job loading the camper onto the pickup by y’all’s self! Perhaps later on y’all could replace those manual jacks with the ones that are electric and all go up and down at the same time! I did notice the camper bottom (base) was more to the right than the left as it sat on the pickup bed floor....knowing that roads we drive on are purposely made to slope slightly to the right do you think there could be some way of installing two ‘guides’ onto the pickup bed floor to load the camper dead center?…in order to keep the center of gravity right? Just a thought for added safety. Alright, I’m getting sort of sad knowing this rebuild is coming to an end...I’ve enjoyed it soooo much...and, y’all’s videography is absolutely phenomenal I might add! See y’all in rebuild video #14!

Thank you again. Yes we would love power jacks but not in the budget 🙁

@@clammi > Yeah I know how the ‘budget’ goes! I’m on social security and soon as I get to go full time I’ll keep close to $1000 a month of it by living in my future RV. I’ll feel rich then! LOL! Thanks for the reply!
