My favorite memory was the game against Atlanta in August 2018. It was my first time getting to go to a game at Audi field- my first DCU game since the last game at RFK and it was amazing. Nearly a sellout crowd, great atmosphere, and a 3-1 win over the soon to be champions
I love how steep the seats are. It creates an intimate atmosphere. But they should definitely finish the canopy, so all the seats are covered. Audi Field was more expensive than LAFC and Minnesota United's new fields, and they both managed to have canopies covering the fans.
@@DCUTV You'd think that there would have been a pocket for a roof in those 400-500 mln dollar spent, isn't?! 😅🤣😂. Never has so much dough spent on so little stadium, goodness me !
Yeah sure it's cool you know being our stadium and all but the design is awful. It was $500 million but you have teams like LAFC, MNUFC, FCC that have cheaper but WAY better stadiums. The Heineken roof thing is a joke, they need to finish the stadium.
...they desperately need to FINISH... AUDI FIELD ... the metal signage & LED boards for all entrances, corners, & stairwell wall.. the HEINEKEN banner is a joke

I been a couple months ago, not enough parking spot for international games.

I LOVE stadiums with a full canopy, really hope to see them finished at Audi Field.
