Just think about it. Right now, general area is pretty much countryside. It's on the very fringes of Sydney's sprawl and there are literally fields everywhere. The nearest train station is 25 minutes away. In a few years, it will be Sydney's 3rd CBD, with a metro line and the second internation airport.
